Testo: The new service design model sees the shift from a transaction-focused centre to a sales-advisory and relationship-building store. A place where the relationship is built around support in an open and warm landscape where technologies and physical relationships are integrated in a simpler and humanized way.
The concept idea behind the business network lounge focuses on creating a community landscape where to learn and build new networks. Space is thought to attract visitors who are welcome to browse within multiple levels of navigation. The first level offers an active learning service where customer can interact with I-pads, leafing through commercial offers in complete autonomy or supported by a consultant. The second level of navigation sees an open consultancy area similar to a lounge that aims to enhance brand loyalty and trust with existing clients and provide a peer-to-peer relationship on different levels of consultancy. A VIP and corporate clients dedicated consultancy area is equipped with automatic dimming glasses to ensure privacy during the business dealings.
In order to enhance the flagship branch visibility and brand recognition, green led strips run all over the transparent windows, making the branch an attraction to customers.
